The application ‘Registration’ deals with all the information the Social Security Management need to have in order to identify Employers, Insurants, Beneficiaries (by referring to family cluster).
This application is the hard core of any Social Security Information System regardless of the technical branches. The identification and registration numbers of an employer, of an insurant or of a beneficiary are unique identifiers to be used also in the other technical branches when applying the social benefits.

This application aims to:
– Recognize clearly if it is a person or an entity that is involved in the social benefits entitlement
– Establish a clear link between the employers and the insurants on one hand and an insurant and his (or her) beneficiary on the other hand (check relationship).

The functions that are automated by this application are:
• The loading of employers demands for registration: Input of files and relevant documents, booking, confirming and detecting the duplicates. In fine, production of datasheets, certificates and notifications.
• Handling changes of status and employers files transmission as well as statements production and workflow.
• The loading of insurants demands for registration: Input of files and relevant documents, booking, confirming and detecting the duplicates. In fine, production of datasheets, certificates and notifications.
• Handling changes of status and insurants files transmission as well as statements production, workflow and badges printing.
• Management of family cluster (Persons who are eligible & beneficiaries) as well as relevant documents to guarantee eligibility, the follow up of status changes and statements production.

This application allows:

• A quick search of an entity by entering some criteria: Registration number, previous number, entire name or part of it, etc.).
• Guarantee that connection between entities remains inviolable.
• Enforce supplying the documents for evidence.
• Detect and locate the dupes.
